Return Policy

At Canmol, our priority is your satisfaction with every purchase. We take pride in the quality of our products and want you to love every item you receive. Here’s everything you need to know about our return policy:

30-Day Return Period: You have 30 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return for any item purchased from Canmol.

Return Conditions:

  1. Items must be in new and unused condition, with no visible wear, damages, odors, scratches, stains, alterations, or modifications.
  2. Products requiring assembly must be returned unassembled.
  3. Returns must include all original packaging, product inserts, components, and accessories. Clearance/sale items ending in $0.50 are final sale; items ending in $0.95 are eligible for return.
  4. Gift cards and special order items are final sale.
  5. Additional shipping fees, Route protection, and/or upgraded delivery fees are non-refundable.
  6. Canmol reserves the right to refuse returns or charge restocking fees for items not meeting return conditions.

Inspection and Refunds: All returned merchandise is inspected within 72 hours of arrival at our warehouse. Once determined to be in new condition, refunds are processed within 5 business days. Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to reflect on your credit statement.

Exchanges: Currently, we do not offer direct exchanges. To exchange an item, please place a new order and initiate a return for the item you wish to exchange.

Return Shipping & Fees: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs and fees. Return shipping costs will be deducted from the refund amount. Canmol will provide return shipping labels and instructions upon request.

Incorrect or Damaged Items: Please report any issues with your product within 48 hours of delivery. Damaged items must be reported with photos of the damage and packaging within the specified timeframe.

Color & Variation Note: Please note that colors may vary slightly due to monitor differences. Natural materials may also have variations in color, texture, and grain, which are not considered defects.

Measurement Note: Please ensure proper measurements before ordering. Product dimensions are provided on each product page. Orders canceled or refused due to sizing issues may incur restocking fees.

Initiating a Return: To start a return, please fill out the Return Form on our website. Customers must receive a Return Authorization and follow provided instructions for returns to be accepted.

Expected Processing Timelines: We understand the importance of clear communication regarding return processing timelines. Once we receive your return package, our team will inspect the items within 72 hours. Refunds will be processed within 5 business days of approval. Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to reflect on your credit statement, depending on your card issuer's policy.
